"It will shock you to your core and stick with you in a way that only true theatrical masterpieces can. The best kind of theatre is fully committed to the story it's telling and believes in its own importance and that's exactly what this show is. Powerful. Horrifyingly stunning.

***** Five stars"

Megan O’Neill - West End Best Friend

'Tense and absorbing'

This was the most riveting piece of theatre I've seen for some time. From the first scene, without any words, the powerful sense of a dangerous and damaging relationship hit us in the audience -Audience member

"The Various Methods of Escape is a powerful dramatic portrayal of Grace, the protagonist returning home and the reunion with her family after spending her entire youth in captivity. It is a play that carefully examines al aspects and emotions of its characters, such as: the obsessive love and fixation of the captor who remains a constant figure throughout the play; Grace's strong feelings of adjustment, determination and trauma; and the feelings of guilt, anger, struggle and acceptance of Grace's family. An outstanding cast that were able to
demonstrate exceptional skills in each one of the roles and with no doubt they were able to nail the audience to their seats for the entire 125 minutes" - Audience Member
